A Planned Maintenance Contract from Empire ensures that the products are regularly tested and maintained, failures and breakdowns are minimized, increases the lifetime of the product and prevents further expensive repairs down the line.
With our own dedicated service technicians and equipment, we have a 24/7 call line in case of emergencies. PMC clients are given priority for emergency repairs, achieving a 4 hour on site response time.
